Hands down the best booking system I have used and believe you me I’ve been through enough to say this is the final stop for me. The customer service alone is something that should really be acknowledged the teams competency is A*. Rider the CEO is very responsive and helped me to open my calendar up for a year (I hope everyone will be able to have this) Alex the chief tech manager is brilliant takes concerns on board and executes them. Katrina and Sen are also advisers and are there every step of the way to help. The booking system is the most user friendly on both sides I have experienced. Using Solo is an all in all an outstanding app for freelancers that need help managing their schedule on a daily basis. Not only that but it helps you to book clients in easily by allowing you to create your own website(which only takes a few minutes to make)! The website has a stats section and for me this is a amazing way of showing me my progression and success! Secondly it’s great for the environment as it’s paper free because you have your own consultation form pre-made for you! The part that I love the most is the pre-made emails (for example… ‘booking confirmed’ ‘booking completed’ also ‘online payment’) it sends out to your clients to help both you and your client have a successful booking and you don’t have to stress about taking deposits or chasing the client for the full amount as it’s all done via online payment. There is everything you need in one app and it couldn’t have been better and easier!

I am new to book solo, I tried a lot of other systems like fresha etc. I was being charged so much with fresha which made me change. My account manager is very helpful and has helped me a lot! I love how easy it is to use the most! Can’t wait to continue using. I love I can do everything on my phone on an app rather than opening my laptop. I love the preset colour layout you can choose to match your business, changing your availability, setting up multiple locations if you manage other salons. Can’t wait to continue using as I can tell it’s going to make my life so much easier!
In this latest version, we’ve added support for treatment processing time. This allows you to overlap bookings during periods where a treatment is processing, helping you make better use of your availability.
