Sonder - A Better Way To Stay 4+

When I arrived to my room the Internet wasn’t functioning correctly I told one of the staff there and they promptly tried to fix it and although it worked better is still didn’t work correctly, as they had no more rooms in the building they moved me to a 2 bed apartment, everyone I deal with was extremelyPleasant and helpful to deal with in particular (sorry I didn’t get her name) the lady from the Sonder team went out of her way to make things run smoothly

The emails suggest you get better service from using the app, so once travelling, I gave it a go and downloaded it, in the hope of using it to request an earlier check-in, as the app seemed to be the only way. But it needed verification by sms only, and overseas, my phone takes some but not all SMSs, and this wasn’t one that it accepted. In any case, we have eSIMs and wifi when travelling overseas these days, so if you are going to use two factor authentication then have an email option. It doesn’t have it. So I can’t get past the Home Screen and can’t use the app. 2 stars as I can’t say it’s a terroble app, without being able to use it, but no one here is thinking of the user experience.

We’re staying in London for our family holiday and our Sonder apartment is amazing! Loads of space and perfect for 2 adults and 3 kids.

Great location for all the sights, especially the London Eye, Aquarium, Big Ben and Imperial War Museum, with views over Westminster Abbey and Houses of Parliament.

Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable, well furnished stay in London!
