Only good because of ui and don’t know why my turtle beach 50 headphones arent that old the app should be better and accept all headphones wether there old and new

Made my Sony MX4 sound night and day. Just need to get to grips with the UI, when that happens it’s a five star.
So frustrating to not be able to choose a profile
I don’t get why I can’t just choose a flat profile. Such a bad feeling doing the same test again and again only to refine a sound profile I don’t like. Absolutely love your company and i ve purchased the full soundid and reference 4 in the past however this feels strange and more like a cold research project rather than a utility and fun one at the same time.
Edit: I had no idea you could do that thank you so much for replying!

Thank you for your review and feedback! There is an option to select a flat preset by tapping on the pattern in the home screen, tap "Customize", then select "Flat (SR reference)", tap the back arrow (top-left corner) to return to My SoundID. Let us know if you try it out and how you like it!
