We’ve made the app easier to use, adapted the display for the latest iPhones and fixed various bugs, among which, one causing the app to crash for certain users when searching an address.

Very bad service , you reserve a parking spot, go there and other car is allready there . 3 times in a week . All you can get is sorry from them and move you to other available space which is not close . If you missed your bill they gonna block your car first time when you connect to the charging point . They don’t want to do the same with people who steal their parking spaces , nobody to take care of charging points .
They are not fit to operate . Avoid !

Signed up and downloaded the app. Whilst it tells you how much their headline rate is you still need a card to get the better rates. The app doesn’t tell you if you have to pay extra or how long you can stay at a charge point. Had electric cars for 4 years without stupid charge costs until I used Source London. I have a e-golf that had 50% charge remaining. Found a location with the app. Had to use pay as you go. See the rates and confirmed charge. Got back to car after tube delay only to have a £30 cost as they charge per minute as well as per kWh. That’s £2 per kWh. No information from the app to let me know. The app information showed charging time why not warn or make it clear on costs?? Rubbish.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!! Not straight forward at all like they make you believe. Joined 14th of May 2018. Very quickly realised that most charging points are incompatible with my car (BMW 330 E) although same charging method that Tesla . Customer service had no idea what cables i should use!!! Worst customer service! Cancelled the membership within the 14 days. They make it very difficult to cancel. You will have to send a recommendation letter!!’ One month and a half later and 10 calls, still no refund. They only realised that they need a IBAN number to refund the money!!!! It took 2 MONTHS AND 1 DAY TO GET A £4 REFUND!!
