South West Wate‪r‬ 4+

This South West Water application has improved a little but its usefulness remains limited. I would rate it much more highly we’re it able to record my interim readings since this facility is unaccountably hamstrung presently.

Water boards advise customers to be alert for leaks by taking more frequent and regular readings. In this context, it pains me to note the apparently inadequate liaison between SWW and its IT consultants which has so far led to a missed opportunity.

Surely the page which gives the average water consumption between readings could be supremely useful in giving early warning of leaks were it able to record readings as often as the customer wished to take them.

Come on SWW, prove to me that you really are more committed to the limitation of water wastage than my first hand evidence suggests.

After having an awful time trying to make a payment on the actual web page of SWW. I downloaded the app and it was all done in minutes. It did exactly as I wanted, remains to be seen if it will continue to do the business but seems perfectly fine to me

Doesn’t work - hasn’t worked for months - nobody bothered to want to fix it - shocking from a private company that they haven’t done anything about this and every time you try to log on it just says “system error check your internet”.

If the water was open to competition from other companies they would have fixed this from day 1 ! Not bothered as you can’t use anyone else.
