GETTING UP AND RUNNING

Once you’ve downloaded the app, login using your existing Spark ‘My Account’ username and password. If you don’t have an online account yet, that’s okay, just register using your account number and postcode – it couldn’t be easier.

We’ve designed the app for use on a mobile. It isn’t adapted for use on a tablet yet but don’t worry, if you’re having problems you can still manage your account online using the ‘My Account’ feature on our website, myaccount.sparkenergy.co.uk.

Awful!!!

Rubbish. They always leave me without money. I save a little aside to put on each week (it’s never enough as they charge double what most providers do) so if for example I have £5 to top up, I’ll do it online the normal way. It’ll then say unsuccessful yet it would have taken my last £5! When I joined up I never received a payment card, information on how to top up, information on using my electric meter box or any phone numbers or website. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences from day one. When I try get hold of them I either get hung up on or they answer and say can we put you on hold! A year later I’m still unsure on how to check my balance! Rubbish. Use a different company because if I had the chance to swap I’d do so tomorrow.

Nicely Surprised

After reading all the reviews I was expecting this app to be awful. However after downloading I was pleasantly surprised to find it works very well. Had no problems logging in, the interface was easy to use. Their live chat is probably the highlight, especially as Sparks phone line gets so congested. Have used the chat three times now and every time my problem has been resolved quickly. As for the company, they’re an energy company- you can only expect so much from them. However whenever a problem HAS arisen it’s been sorted out quickly and easily through the live chat.

This company is an absolute joke worst company I’ve ever been with ever can’t get on this stupid app or if I do get on the app it says all my details are wrong and doesn’t allow me to access anything . If you top up online it says transaction failed so you try again and again until you realise it has not failed and all your moneys left your bank plus the fact I can’t change as every time I try change this robbing company refuse by saying I’m in debt absolutely appalling I would rate this heap of crap zero stars but doesn’t let ya
