Description
With the Spectos RTPM Survey you can conduct your surveys anywhere and anytime, offline and online!
Functionality:
1. Create and manage your surveys as usual via the RTPM Survey Service and simply download them to your iOS Device with the RTPM Survey App.
2. Measure your service quality with the Survey App at the Point-of-Sale (POS), for example at tablet stands (terminal- & kiosk-mode), or in face-to-face interview surveys.
3. As soon as there is an internet connection, the collected feedback is automatically synchronized with the RTPM Cloud. After synchronization, survey results are immediately available to you.
