Audio input may be acquired via the built-in microphone or an external measurement microphone. For best results we recommend using a calibrated measurement microphone connected via USB audio interface or iPhone dock connector. This allows for high precision and flat frequency response, as well as for stereo input.

Analyze Music in Library
It's a useful app, but would be so much better if it could analyze the tunes in your music library (i.e open & playback a song)
It has come in very handy for debugging switched mode power supply designs to track down audible buzzing etc.
Only suggestions are:
1) screenshot button
2) ability to save to csv data file for use in MATLAB etc.
3) is there a way to use some kind of broad spectrum USB microphone?
Since an ios update the screen of my ipad strobes when i run this app.
Shame because the app is the best of its kind otherwise.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
