التطبيق رائع من حيث انه يوفر لك طلبك من العثيم و يوفر لك خصم و عروض بطاقة اكتساب بدون حصولك على النقاط و التوصيل مجاني …يعيب التطبيق التاخر في التوصيل وكثير من الاحيان بعد وضع المنتجات في السله و تاكيد الطلب تتفاجا بعدم توفر كثيير من طلباتك و حذفها عند ارسال الفاتوره و كذلك عدم تواصل المنسقين لتوفير منتج بديل بالرغم من اختيار خانه توفير بديل للمنتج

أسوأ خدمة عملاء تعاملت معهم في حياتي
لا يقبل استرجاع المنتج حتى وان طابق سياسة الاسترجاع وحتى ان كان الغلط غلطهم
في كل طلبية اما هناك منتج ناقص وتم حسابه
او منتج تغير سعره او منتجات غير مرسلة وهكذا
