Where's my money going????
A few months ago I downloaded this app that I thought was going to be very convenient for my busy life, how wrong was I. I started noticing 1p getting taken away from my account from Speedline,
I didn't think anything of it at first until it started happening almost on a daily basis. They are trying to take money without customers realising. Another thing, I would book a taxi the day before and it would still be 15 minutes late, very disappointing.
Payment failure several times.
The app started well but to be honest it’s become a bit of a liability. Three times now it’s failed to take the payment from the card, this means If you don’t have cash you’re knackered. At the start of my last journey the driver asked me where I was going to which made me wary, so I asked him if the booking had come through, he said ‘not yet’ so I asked it the payment would go through ok he said ‘yes’ ......guess what? Sort it out Speedline!!
