Spero Verifi 4+

Toolkit designed to facilitate the real time management of distributed fire infrastructures in complex industrial environments.

Verifi as platform allows various hardware sources to integrate with it. The data received from the hardware in processed and transformed into a generic dataset which is then inserted into the Verifi database. This allows the system to display and manage data for numerous hardware solutions in a clean and well managed manner.

Each data point in the system, can at a minimum be allocated to user defined locational data while also allowing more advanced geospatial information to be stored, if the area topography allows such implementations.

The system allows any data point to be monitored and maintained accordingly whilst also providing full historical records of all related information. Active data devices such as sensors are able to monitor analogue and digital inputs, which can then be linked to passive tags.

The passive tagging system can be categorized into various service groups that provide additional information regarding the associated asset types. As such a passive tag can be configured to provide the following functionality:

A full asset calibration history along with the relevant certificates associated with the calibration process.
User defined inspection and service questionnaires that can be dynamically maintained and modified by system operators with the relevant skills and permissions. The system can be configured in such a way that only operators with the legally required skills and qualifications can complete the relevant questionnaires.
Additional operator roles and questionnaires can be created and configured to allow other system operators to measure, test and verify that the relevant asset information is correct and complies to rules defined within the operational framework.
All questionnaires can be bound to daily, monthly or yearly intervals. Using the process flow and management side of the software processes can be configured to escalate and allocate the necessary actions according to the actions recorded by operators.
Where permitted geo spatial information can be captured which in turn will allow the system to not only track questionnaires but also the related spatial information.
All service groups and their relevant standard operation procedures are able to be tracked and acted upon as soon as a questionnaire is submitted.

Operators are also able to work offline in areas where there might not necessarily be network coverage. When network coverage is re-established, the operator is able to submit all the stored questionnaire data and the system will proceed with the relevant business processes associated to the questionnaires.

Not only can processes be reactive to changes in data, but they can also be configured in such a way that processes can be kicked off in a preventative manner allowing action to be taken before any user actions would need to be performed.

Coupled with all this passive data, Verifi also provides a comprehensive environmental monitoring solution for reading and acting upon active data as received by sensors.
