Many of us are familiar with Kashmir's cuisine and live the herbs & spices used to flavour the food.
Here we will take a look at some of the herbs & spices from Kashmir used by our chefs at the SPICE OF KASHMIR TANDOORI, such as cardamom, fennel and turmeric as well as the spice blends of curry and Garm Masala.
We hope you find the list informative and also helpful in making your choice from our menu.

Only discovered them recently but quality at a great price. The food is to die for freshly cooked by the wee chef in the back who went I win the lottery will come work for me ! Ziggy and the team know exactly what goes with your order and their suggestions are spot on! For me it was garlic chapati with my masaledar! Tonight trying the pizza which is hand rolled dough none of the frozen pizza bases you get elsewhere! Can’t wait! Best Asian takeaway on the g71 area.

Have used the Spice of Kashmir for over 20 years, we also caravan and have tried many restaurants throughout Scotland and the Kashmir is easily one of the best.
