Multisite

I am an engineer that recommends spice works helpdesk to all my customers businesses. The desktop has always been lacking some features but they were an acceptable compromise for a free helpdesk..

The original app on the other hand was perfectly fine with the ability to work on multiple sites/Accounts with notifications.

This was perfect if each site had its own account but you needed access to all sides for an overview or third line support.

… A feature that would also be welcomed in the online version without having to sign in and out for different sites.

Other than that it is ace!
Would like to see the following features;
– multisite support with notifications
– API in order to raise tickets, which would allow automation
– custom mail server settings to use our own servers

Missing feature from old app

The app is ok , but you bound to one account, I work with different clients, I had on the old app 4 account and it was easy to switch, no you can only have one account, or have to log out and login manually, takes to much time , should bring the old app back worked very well
