acasa allows you to pay your share of the bills in one monthly payment. You can even pay by direct debit so you won’t even need to think about it.

Brilliant. Perfect for shared houses

Fantastic app. Takes so much hassle out of sorting out bills in a shared house, as well as paying each other for day to day things - and all for free! I can’t speak highly enough of it. You can easily set it to automatically take the payments from everyone each month which saves chasing people, unlike a lot of apps which essentially just track your spending this works directly with the water/power companies etc. The very few issues we had with it were sorted promptly by the support team who are very quick and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Do not use if your a student

Had a terrible experience with this company, very bad at replying to important messages. Please stay away if you're a student it's a waste of your time and extra stress you do not need, much quicker to organise bills yourself. They only work with one specific energy company so if you’re with another they make you switch. They’re supposed to do the switch for you but that's not happened at all, I've had to make about 10 phone calls to organise things myself as they have completely ignored my messages. Signed up in August and it's now October still waiting for them to sort the energy supplier switch. They told me in September that everything for the switch had been submitted so I chose a temporary tariff with my current energy supplier (which is more expensive) but didn't tell me until a month later that the submission hasn't gone through when they would've known the next day if it had gone through or not. So now we’re paying a more expensive tariff for longer, with no replies from the company at all. Also, they have different staff to reply on the app each day who don’t communicate with each other, you’ll have questions repeated often, which makes sorting out your bills even longer. Considering we set up the bills in August the Wifi didn't get sorted until October so now I'm behind on my work also.

As bad as it gets...completely broken experience

It’s rare I write reviews, but this app is abysmal. Difficult to navigate, clunky, frequently has glitches and bugs.

But the most infuriating thing is that I’ve not been able to pay my bills for 3 MONTHS because it refuses to accept any bank card I attempt to input - from MasterCard to Visa - from Starling to Monzo to Revolut. It will not accept the card or take the payment.

The support is equally poor. No one can give any reason as to why the cards won’t work - all I get is “try another card!” - well I’ve tried 4 cards and it’s always the same - “Error - can’t make payment!”

Further more the company has no contingency plans - when you ask them for an alternative way to pay - like direct debit or account transfer - they simply ignore you. When you ask them for the details of the providers and my account details so I can contact them individually and make payment - they simply ignore you.

It’s a dire, badly executed, terrible customer service, frustrating, and overall a broken technical experience that should be put out of its misery and shut down by customers rightly leaving in there droves.

Do not waste your time with this app - you will regret it. There’s other services that actually work out there - download them instead.
