The idea of a storage to rent is nice, but more locations are needed to make it useful. I would suggest adding more places close to the tube stations (e.g. Victoria, Stratford, Angel) as it’s more common to point of destinations be close to the stations. Another thing which is not very clear, is when does the day booking starts/ends? Is it midnight to midnight? Can’t find this information before booking. Lastly, adding insurance for the stored bikes would be very useful, as the whole reason to use the storage is to not think about the bike while you’re somewhere around.

Easy to use and affordable way to park your bike securely without the fear of theft. You do need ID to fully register but that takes a couple of minutes and is all done through the app. Once you are registered you can immediately book and access secure parking spaces across quite a few locations in London.

Used the service for the first time today, was impressed by how straightforward it was to set up and how well everything worked.Bike stores are in useful locations and well connected to bike paths. It felt secure leaving them where we did. This app makes things easier to access.

I have been using the app for a couple of years and its really helpful. Many spaces across London and the ability to book specific spaces for my e bike ahead of cycling into town is super handy.
