We have one life … is this really how it’s supposed to be?

It’s time to realise that best version of yourself. To climb out of that valley, that dark place. To rekindle that fire, create momentum, break inertia, and develop that zest for life.

To chart a new, more exciting and fulfilling course.

It starts with your mind. How you think. What you think about.

Your mindset is like a muscle … it’s not innately strong but is formidable with the right conditioning.

Your subconscious brain drives and directs your thinking. Your thinking then drives your expectations. Your expectations then drive your output.

This is how your thinking controls your actions.

And your actions and behaviours influence your path through life.

SportMind is the gym of the mind.

The app of action that keeps you at the top of your game, thinking like a pro.

At work, at home, or out and about.

SportMind is a mental strengthening conditioning app.

It’s your workshop - honing, hammering, shaping, and sharpening.

Whether you’re a teenage athlete, a College player, a young pro just starting out, a seasoned veteran, or a weekend warrior.

Whether you’re sporty, or not so sporty.

A student, a chess player, a musician, an academic, an artist, an office worker, a CEO, a young professional, an entrepreneur, a knowledge worker, or a business executive.

Husband, wife, or parent.

SportMind is your window into elite thinking and your toolbox for tackling the throes of life and being the best version of yourself.

They say comparison is the thief of joy.

SportMind will help you define what success looks like for you. And to allow you to run your own race! And within this space, this is where you will operate at your best.

And feel your most fulfilled and true authentic self.

With clarity, presence, and purpose.

Your coach, mentor and motivator in your pocket. By your side, 24/7. Your voice of reason and calm when yours has abandoned you.

Ready to make a change and get to work?

Then take action now by getting the app and taking your first steps towards a better and more sustainable self.

Seriously innovative

I’ve played a lot of ball sports over the years - tennis, squash, cricket, golf, football, hockey. Whilst there are lots of general fitness training apps, I’ve never come across a focused app like SquashMind that has this breadth and depth of content available 24/7 to train the mind in a particular sport. I was once a junior national/elite squash player. I wish I had this app 20-odd years ago. I think I may have chosen a different path through life !

Excellent app! Not only for squash but for all areas of life

I’ve been fortunate enough to have 1-on-1 squash coaching with Jesse, he’s an excellent communicator and really helped improve my squash, technique and overall understanding of the game. The app really is like having Jesse in your pocket! The 7-day free trial is great to get around the well designed app and well worth the monthly subscription for the extra content. Would recommend to squash players of any level. 5 stars.

SquashMind has amazing ideas and information that helps you to feel more mentally tough in many different areas of squash and with them also being applicable to life. It has really improved my confidence and outlook on these areas, whilst the lessons are engaging, insightful and easily accessed within the app.
