No support and sign-in problems
I’ve been experiencing sign-in problems for months. Repeated emails to support went without a response. And now, I have been charged an annual subscription renewal that I never asked to repeat automatically.
Pity, because the idea is good enough.
Doesn’t work
Sign in on website? No problem. Sign in on app using same password? Bad credentials. Change password. Sign in again on website? No problem. Sign in on app? Bad credentials. Do this six times. Give up.

Subscription model for this??
A bit of a cash grab for an app that requires very little maintenance. This should be a one time fee app.. considering you could throw the equivalent together with a few lines of JavaScript.

Spritz is actually a patented technology. There are plenty of apps that allow you to read content one word at a time. Spritz is different because it analyzes content and presents it to the reader one word at a time in a window we call the redicle. One key letter in each word is highlighted in red. We we call this letter the “Optimal Recognition Point”. Our redicle keeps your eyes focused on the ORP, allowing you to read, comprehend, and retain information without the need to move your eyes.
