Amazing!
Would highly recommend! So easy to set up and use from your phone to your computer!! Been using this now since October 2021 and wouldn’t change a thing!

High expectations not delivered
I was using the Booksy app for a while but had no end of trouble with it so decided to look for another platform to use for my business bookings. Square has the highest out of everything I looked at so I decided to use it. I added my email and made a password but then on accepting it the app throws at you that it needs updating from the App Store although there is no update so renders it completely useless.
I’ve tried to delete the app, turned off then on using my phone and iPad but no luck on either.
I’m still on the hunt for a new booking platform to use as it’s needed within the next few weeks. If this issue can be resolved I’ll be happy to try it out as it seems simple to use. Until that issue is sorted though the rating gets the lowest option sadly

Over complicated and not user friendly
The days work doesn’t just show up full screen you have to scroll through, so if you have a whole night of work a first glance looks like the day is free as you can only see the morning and it’s blank.
It’s not possible to block time out so you can’t double book your self.
It shows all your items on the card machine as available to buy online instead of selecting sone or starting a different set for customers view.
It’s really complicated to set up online booking from a mobile app.
It’s not easy to read/view or easy to use, which is a shame as the card payment app is clear and straightforward, I hoped the appointment one would be too.
