Worked okay at first….
We love our digital frame and the upload worked really well in the beginning, but recently the app is always loosing the device and saying ‘network error’ when we try to upload new photos. Tried unplugging the device, closing app etc etc but still the same problem so it’s now taking a lot of time uploading photos, which was once as easy process.

I used The SSA Wi-Fi Frame software previously, but it no longer works.
By digging around in the device I found the software creator and their app is called BSIMB photo. What do you know, downloaded it, tried to create a new account; it told me the email was already registered???So I logged in with the credentials originally registered with SSA and it remembers me. I definitely didn’t get that memo! Photo frame now back up and running.
Not possible to add photos after your first go
I was able to add photos and videos the first time I used the app but now it won’t let me go back in to my phone photos/videos. I’ve sent an email to the developer so we’ll see if they can fix it.
