Words cannot describe how terrible this app is.

WOW! Congratulations Staffomatic staff. I’ve never come across such a terrible and useless app before. it’s so bad I feel Compelled to leave you a review. It’s so bad. Just so so terrible it’s how I assume what the scheduling system in hell would be like. It made me leave a review that I hope other companies that are contemplating using it will see, and then think twice before they decide to use something else. Anything else. Pen and paper in a foreign language would be easier and more helpful than this app. I’ve reached out to the support team as well and they were rude and condescending. I find it incredibly that this company has any clients left. Edit:I received a reply to this review from the developer. It was just as condescending and dismissive as I expected it be after looking at their other replies. How they can say, with any sincerity, that the product they offer is good when the App Store rating is amongst the lowest I’ve come across is beyond me. Instead of sending grumpy replies to people who leave reviews, how about spending that time fixing your app?

Still no improvements to usability in this app. Incredible.

We’ve moved on to using a new system from “When I Work”. It just works. Filtering, searching, loading times etc… all the basic stuff just works it is so MUCH nicer to use.

Well, you named it: Reviews only if you had a subjective negative experience. We apologize for your inconvenience, but we are very happy that the vast majority indeed is using the app, and hence, it seems it is not as useless as you claim.
If your experience with our support team was not satisfactory, please use the review section of the support case in order to claim indemnification. It is not at all our intention to be rude or anything similar but to give our clients the best service possible. Unfortunately, without any quote or other hint in this section of the app store we are unable to help.

Worst shift allocation app

I normally don’t have time for these type of reviews but honestly this has to be the worst shift allocation management tool ever. It’s buggy. Slow and inefficient. It lacks today’s world of app services. It’s the worst and I can’t believe any self employed company use this software! HUGE NO NO NO, even the comments by the app developers say before sending a review please email us, they already know how wacky their app developing skills are. I have reported this already ages ago. Too lazy to fix!

We can't find any proof of your accusations and believe that a large number of our customers is pretty much confident with our support and our positive development through the years. With our live cloud-based shift planning we are one of the first on the international market and offer up to date services combined with a very personal and attentive support.

Updated for iPhone X finally but now BROKEN!!

First of all I do appreciate you finally updating the app to look better on an iPhone X (what took so long though?) but in doing so you seem to have FULLY broken the app... It Shows all shifts as available and nobody working...you'd think an error like this would be patched IMMEDIATELY and would be priority#1 but for some unknown reason it's been over a week now, I do appreciate it's been Thanksgiving weekend so Apple won't approve anything till after but STILL! Come on guys, sort this mess out, people's jobs at risk! In the meantime if anyone's reading this the website is working...but is not an excuse Staffomatic.
