Premature ejaculation has long been an insecurity of mine and, if nothing else, committing to training these muscles every day has dispelled the psychological element of that and replaced it with confidence in knowing that I’ve trained myself for this. Also, I’m now consistently lasting much longer and have greater control over my body.

Amazing app, but needs a few changes

This app is amazing, been using it for about 2-3 weeks now and I feel like already my pelvic floor muscles are so much stronger. I love that I get reminded everyday to do my exercises as this was an issue I’ve always had in the past when trying to do Kegel exercises.

I would like to suggest a few things for the app though. While training my pelvic floor using regular push kegels it was great. But I didn’t like the fact that you were made to also do Reverse Kegels as well alongside your exercise. I feel like there needs to be an option to opt out of them as for someone that has only just started training it’s very hard to do reverse until you’re pelvic floor is strong enough. This is why it’s not a 5 star review as a simple toggle in the settings would be a simple solution to toggle reverse kegels in your exercise.

About the new update

I get what one of the comments is saying on the review section of this app, it’s a cheap move on the developer’s side. Personally though I appreciate that I can’t move to the next level until I get enough points for it. It gives me a greater motivation to actually do my exercises and move on to the next level because now it’s like a game where there’s points I need to unlock new levels.

And the app itself is great. I’d say it’s worth the £3. Has great routines and rep sets to offer with daily reminders and many other options.
