I am so upset with this game

I love this game but this morning I tried logging on to it but it wouldn't let me in and I was on level 13 with lots of cool outfits I am really sad now because I tried logging in with another star girl game but it couldn't find my data so now it is erased
Plz fix 😭

I was really enjoying this game but when I went to play it just now all my cosplay outfits, wings and a few other items I had purchased had gone.
