Great game, but…

Great game. The characters feel like themselves, the storylines match the feel of the show very well and contain plenty of references for those well versed in Star Trek lore…
However, there are also a number of problems that I’m hoping the developers are working on fixing (other reviewers have mentioned them already, but here’s the ones I’ve encountered)
Stuff like crashing on start up, crashing during ads, skipping cutscenes when a crash interrupts them, and probably some other stuff that I can’t think of right now.
For those experiencing the frequent crashes when trying to start the app, I’ve found that closing anything else you have open and turning your device on and off to work most of the time…
But it would be nice if the developers could fix these issues going forward.

Buggy mess

So an update on my previous review the bass part of this game does seem to run okay now and for the most part the videos do work and don’t crash the game, but when it comes to the events which you need to competing to get the resources, so you can play the main gameThe game just crashes you’re lucky if you can play a minute before it goes off-line again contacted support multiple times and just got the bog standard cut and paste reply replyAsking the same five questions, I answered the same five questions and then I receive an email asking me exactly the same thingSo I wouldn’t advise anybody to invest money in the gameAnd just know if you’re going through support, it’s going to be a bit of a headacheAlso, if the developer does see this, please don’t put the standard response contact us so we canBecause I’ve done that, and you don’t helpFor myself, I’m just going to delete this appAnd just play some Star Trek timelines because the developers know how to make the game work and I’ve never had an issue and from what I can see that game does a hell of a lot moreI just don’t understand how this company can’t make a simple game work properly ?

Loved until started crashing

I absolutely love this game. There are great story arcs, enough variety with the special events, and good game play without spending money. There is usually plenty of stuff to do in game when I have time, but also ways to keep getting points whilst I’m busy.

Unfortunately, since a couple of updated ago, the game keeps crashing on me. I tried deleting and reinstalling, but soon it began crashing again. It happens either straight after starting, or when I want to end an episode. Im very sad because I can no longer play my favourite game.
