This app has gone down the toilet , but have to use it to order taxis
The option to put credit card in wallet is gone , so I have to pay by cash/card chip. Before that it sometimes failed to complete payments.
Definitely worse than it used to be
Used to be able to book far in advance, but this isn’t possible now for some reason, and also the option to pre-pay on card is gone, and I never carry cash so have to hope a car with a card machine shows up. Very disappointed
Taxis always late using this app
Even when booking >24 hours in advance, the app seems to ‘search’ for a driver literally one minute before the booked time, so then if the driver is over 1 minutes drive away, this immediately makes them late. This is my consistent experience when using this app.
