UI looks so much better, buts cost basic functionality

The UI refresh is shall I say refreshing. I can easily find what I’m looking for, check game reviews and add to my wishlist. However when it comes to buying games, the app has issues when buying games via card or PayPal. If you pay via PayPal you are redirected to a screen with a yellow PayPal button which isn’t mapped anywhere. If you pay by card you will get a payment provider timeout issue and the money is placed on hold, but Steam never get the success message back to complete the transaction. This works fine everywhere else but the Steam Mobile app. If you want the app to buy stuff, don’t bother use the Safari web browser
Can not log into my account on any device because of the Steam Gurd feature. and it's annoying

I delete my steam app temporarily a while back to save space on my phone. When i download steam on my pc again and on my phone i was unable to log in i was told should use that app to login using the steam guard and i try logging into my phone (the app) it tells me to use the app to login (which is dumb bc i'm trying to log into the app) i tried other ways of logging in and they all lead me in a circle . i have not been given any useful information on how to get support or contact steam support bc when i tap or click that option i'm taken the log in page ..... this is so frustrating as i've had this account for a while and. finally brought games a few moths ago and can't "just make a new account " please i would like help with this i do not know what to do .account name : kjay422

The app experience isn’t too bad. Purchasing is very annoying. The refund experience is poor. I purchased a game and played it for a few hours. The game was then updated and then I had problems with lag and stuttering. Unfortunately despite the update changing the user experience Steam won’t refund or sort the game. You’re dependent on future updates. They don’t even offer any support to help optimise the experience. My pc is a decent pc. Unfortunately I won’t be buying another game from Steam given the risk of the game not been playable following updates with regard to their current refund policy.Also, don’t buy a steam deck from them. They end up not being delivered and tend to go missing during transit prompting text discussions with Steam (no customer service hotline) and a future claim with PayPal. Reduced to 1 star as a result…unable to put 0 stars.

I absolutely love it 100% recommend it for gamers One problem even know it’s steam mobile there are some pages that don’t really fit phone screens. However I really like it because you can see screenshots that players took while in game! I just absolutely love it but why dose it have to take memory from your device when you upload a screenshot? 5star app.But why do you have to upload the game onto our desktop? I don’t have that much memory left and I end up with adding games to my library that I can’t even play
