STIHL = Perfection
Good idea-doesn’t work
I am a great fan of Stihl products but the app doesn’t seem to offer any benefits. I had hoped to find an easy way to store details of my tools with linked access to the relevant manuals. I tried twice to save my lawnmower kit with charger and batteries but it would not save the correct tool version and defaulted to the bare unit. Then instead of showing a picture of the mower, it displayed two batteries and a charger! I could find no relevant linked manuals or guides either.
The app seems illogical and fairly pointless so I have deleted it. I may try again next year if it has been improved.

No product ID codes for each item
I work for a local garden machinery store and we are trying to be more up to date by using your app along with our iPad for customers to explain pricing and give them correct information. As you now no longer put prices in your catalogue we have to use the app!
However we have encountered a big problem with your app and that’s that there are no product ID codes attached to each variation of the items. Therefore we show them the app with the prices, then have to use the catalogue to get the product ID code to make an order. Just helps and removes an unnecessary step that you have now created by removing prices from the catalogue.
