Faster to start, smarter answers, zero gigabytes hiding in the basement. • Added a quiet bouncer that double-checks every number the AI mentions against the real data it fetched — so it can't quietly make a figure up and pass it off as fact. • Fixed a fallback that occasionally sent a currency question to the stock-price desk by mistake. The exchange-rate lookup now goes to the right counter. • Tidied a few labels that were a little too chatty about how the sausage is made.

We tidied up behind the scenes. • Fixed a bug where one chart held its breath during market hours and forgot to exhale. • A few numbers were rounding like they had somewhere better to be — they've been talked to. • General performance tune-up so the app keeps pace with the tape. Bug-fix release. Highlights of our shame: • Tokyo-listed stocks no longer pretend to be priced in dollars. Every price now wears its real currency — yen, euros, even London's pence. • Searching "inflation and unemployment" no longer demands your credit card. The word "and" is not a Pro feature. • Charts stopped inventing $0.00 crashes. Missing data points are now skipped, not rendered as financial apocalypse. • Typing "12,5" with a comma keyboard now works instead of quietly deleting your holdings. Sorry about that one. • The chart timeframe buttons (1W/1M/5Y) now actually change the chart. They were decorative. They are no longer decorative.

What's new in 1.1.10 • Adding a ticker to your watchlist now occasionally pops up Apple's "would you rate Kanesh?" sheet — we waited until you'd actually used the thing for something useful first. Throttled so it can't pester: never in the first 3 days, never twice within 60 days. • Search-listing tidy: the keyword field used to lead with "stocks, stock market, investing" — three head terms in a field that already had "Stocks" in the app name. Recovered the bytes for what people actually type ("ticker", "dividend", "earnings calendar") and the UK-specific instruments (gilts, isa, sipp, lse, ftse).

The Great Inflation Correction Turns out we were accidentally telling users the Netherlands had 118% inflation and the US was at 315%. In our defense, it did make the economic outlook views very dramatic. Every CPI display in the app now correctly computes year-over-year change instead of showing the raw index number. Your morning brief will no longer suggest the economy is collapsing. Macro dashboard charts for non-US countries also load now — they were getting ghosted when you switched away from the US too quickly. Fifty-three countries updated to March 2026 inflation data. Thailand is in deflation. Switzerland is at 0.2%. Romania is at 8.3%. The world is weird.

We taught the globe that Egypt's inflation isn't 30% anymore. Turns out numbers change — who knew. Inflation data now updates monthly from OECD instead of annually from the World Bank, so 53 countries show rates from this decade. Also fixed a bug where some countries displayed their CPI index value as a percentage, which made the Netherlands look like it had 118% inflation. It doesn't. Probably.
