Overall it’s quite good I was quite scared to order after seeing so much comments saying this and that, however I think over the years they have improved quality and customer service they told me every update and it’s still not at my house it’s being shipped but I will update this if anything happens but other than that quick easy buy but my only problem is tax I was buying myself a new tech fleece in black ended up being £210 but other than that I ordered 6 days ago and it’s already in the uk my recommendation is order from StockX but if you don’t have a big budget to blow be careful and don’t buy from here don’t take it from me other people say they lose stuff it doesn’t go through this and that if you are willing to take the risk it is worth it that’s all I have to say :)

App regularly crashes & appears to provide misleading information. On many occasions I have accepted a highest bid, only for this to then revert to a revised lower ask as the bid doesn’t actually exist - which suggests there is something that buyers & sellers should be concerned about. Sale prices don’t appear to be correct - many of my sales report on Stock X at exaggerated prices or cancelled sales still appear as live in their roster. Customer service when you speak to a human being is patchy, often they don’t look at the facts of a case, ask for information you’ve already provided & fob you off with “we’ll look into it”. Very good at hassling you with constant emails chasing dispatch of sold items within an hour of the sale but it’s ok for them to not have paid out on an item a week after verification. Which regulatory body independently checks that Stock X is reporting figures correctly & is treating its customers in line with the relevant countries consumer laws as I have asked this many times & never got an answer?

Modern day site very fast very professional better every time we use it.
More times you use it and understand it gets better.
Payment to long 4 weeks other than that very good site
2020 site very good payments to slow.
Selling system has flaws no contact when problems arise for me selling higher value items
