Incredible

First off, I'd like to day thankyou. I have struggled with stress and anxiety for a while, and I have tried numerous apps, all of which require subscriptions I cannot afford. This app simply allows you to trial it for as long as you need for free, sampling some features while others remain locked, however even the free version astoundingly helpful. It tracks my mood over time, allowing me to register patterns in my frame of mind over a week, month or forever. I love the breathing timer, if helps after panicky moments when I need to slow my breathing and heart rate. I also really like meditation timer, I live the forest sounds and sit for up to an hour listening to it. The guided meditation sessions are varied and calming, I do them while on the bus or train. There is only one feature I could think of to add, and that is adding friends to share your mood with, for instance. I think it would go with the new feed option very well and a direct message option would also be great. However, this app is one I recommend to all my friends - or anyone, really - stressedans panicked or not, to calm down completely or just to be able to appreciate the world around them more.

Re connect with you inner self

With this app I have renewed my enjoyment of meditation and relaxation which I used to practice first as a young adult, then at university and when I became first pregnant then a mother of 2. I had not practiced for a long time being a working mother with pet to look after, being a daughter, a sister, a friend, a colleague sometimes it is hard to just be “me” and find time for oneself. This app is so practical to use anywhere anytime and I use it in the spaces in between tasks or engagements- often in my parked car. I really enjoy and value this app. One thing I would like is being able to slow the instructions as I find that it goes a little fast for my pace. But I am out of practice... well done and thank you to the designers. I hope my kids will discover and practice soon. During challenging times it feels like you have a bienveillant friend in your pocket. Fabulous. Thank you.

Calming and effective

I have physical long term disabilities as a result of an accident several years ago and I struggle with anxiety depression and sleeping. I discovered this app by accident and I have been really pleased with the results after a few weeks of practice. I am calmer and more mindful and have had hope gradually restored and I am sleeping better for longer and I am learning to work through the physical pain by using the app. I have very supportive friends and my GP and team are marvellous but at 3am when in the twilight zone awake and alone this app is brilliant for calming me down and helping me to focus on myself and my surroundings and with switching off gently washing my blues away. And it’s free which helps me as I have no money for expensive apps so I am really pleased and grateful for this wonderful assistance and service 🙏
