I can't believe it!!!
I've tried to stop smoking for so long and never succeeded. I always end up wanting them and I never last more than a couple of days. Anyway, I got told about this app and I won't lie, I didn't see how it would do anything I've not managed to do myself in past 10 years! After reading the reviews, I thought I'm actually going to give it a go.
I stuck my headphones in, put myself up in the bedroom alone and just listened to the full two hours. I then did the hypnosis and I've not pined a cigarette since. I literally cannot believe it! It's insane. My whole views on smoking have changed and I now find the smell to be repulsive. I didn't think someone talking to you for two hours could make such a difference.
I normally have a cigarette within minutes of finishing food and I find that I smoke way more when I'm drinking alcohol. Since listening to the audio and hypnosis, I've not had the desire for a cigarette after any meals and I even had alcoholic drinks over the bonfire weekend and didn't touch a cigarette once. I didn't even miss it and had to move away from people around me who were smoking because the smell was so horrible!!! I felt so much better on Sunday morning when I woke up being able to breathe clearly.
I genuinely believe that I'll never smoke again. I found this app to be ultimately inspiring and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who like me was sick of wasting money and standing outside in the cold to smoke!

This app is THE most effective quitting tool that I have come across. Ever! Having been a smoker for 30 years, I have tried to stop & failed on numerous occasions, so I was full of fear about stopping this time - until I came across this app. Jason, as an ex-smoker himself knows exactly what you're going through and what you're feeling - he talks to you without scare tactics or preaching about the bad stuff and the 2 hours just fly by. This app worked for me as soon as I listened on day 1 and without the hypnosis, I didn’t need it. The reason why is because it explains smoking and if you’re a deep person who likes explanations and thinks about life in depth who isn’t consumed by the modern world and who genuinely wants to give up, it really makes sense and is so easy. I have a pack of 15 cigerettes in my drawer at work since the day before I quit and I am not even tempted to smoke them. I only keep them there just to humour myself and just as proof it’s finally over and because of how much I used to think it was impossible when really I would just gave in and continued the routine mindlessly. Now I am so happy because I’m me again and I can drink alcohol without them, go to festivals and I have had no cravings and no withdrawal at all. No coughing, nothing. The power of the mind is as strong as you let it be so take control and you can easily quit. Thanks for the eye opener Jason!
