It is important to know that the more you believe in the power of your mind to bring about what you want, and the more you commit to focusing your attention on what you want, the better the results will be. One session of hypnotic suggestions will not bring about much change at all. However, repeated suggestions in line with your goals and a strong focus on the outcomes you really want will help you to make these a reality.

AMAZING! Life changing!
This app is amazing! I have tried (and failed) to quit smoking several times with the help of nicotine replacement therapies but never found something that worked for me! This time I was really struggling despite using patches! They were keeping me awake all night and I still craved the physical act of smoking a cigarette! I was searching for quit smoking apps and saw this one! I thought 'What have I got to lose?' I've never, ever bought in to the whole hypnosis idea but I figured at the very least this app would send me to sleep! I listened to it every night before going to sleep (I often fall asleep whilst it continues playing) and after just 3 nights I stopped using the patches and haven't had a cigarette or felt any desire to smoke since! (Even when drinking or socialising with other smokers!) That was 5 weeks ago! I can't believe it! Amazing! I listened every night for a week and then two or three times a week since then! This has changed my life! I smoked 20 a day for almost 9 years. Good luck to everyone trying to quit! I hope this app works as well for you!
Never really tried hypnosis but have thought about it as I also have severe arachnophobia I'd like to shake. I listened to this, wasn't even in a particularly comfortable position (legs on couch arm above body so prone to pins and needles), but part way through thought I should adjust my position but my body felt so heavy I just forgot about it. I was getting itches on my face but carried on focussing on my breathing and they just went. Still feeling butterflies in the stomach from it but not anxious, more buzzy. As for the quitting smoking, I dont know yet but have read pages of reviews and clearly this can work for you. It's all about emptying the mind and I was anxious for a good 5 minutes, and then it cleared and I felt amazing. The ladies voice is something else, never heard anything so comforting! Really impressive, opened my eyes to hypnosis tapes in general, I need to find out if this lady has made others cus she blows all others out the water. It's not the same when a bald, lifeless man in an ill fitting suit tries to chill me out:)
This app is brilliant I have stopped smoking for 7 days now and I'm not using any nicotine products to help me either its like I have the occasional craving but it just passes very quickly and where as before when giving up I have felt awful moody want to eat more which this time i have not if anything im eating more sensible not missing breakfast and actually snacking less then when I was smoking! when i have been with smoking friends on a break previously I'd want a lug but now I can go stand with them and not feel anything which is pretty good considering I had been smoking for 23 years at least 20 a day!!! really try this app it really works with helping to relax and stay positive and focused :) think its brilliant, thank you for creating it xx
