Unsure how to rate it due to..

I have downloaded this app year ago, purchased subscription for 12 months and was hoping to resubscribe this year. What’s thrown me off is that I just updated the app to the newest version and my subscription was lost. I was trying to “re-store” the purchase with no success. If you can solve this problem it will be great, if not then it is a shame as you gonna loose a lot of subscribers. It would of been 5 stars if not for that error that just occurred.

Potential but very buggy

The concept is great, but the user experience is average and there are lots of bugs.

The app crashes a lot, and I often lose my work. I’m paying the premium membership but have no idea if that’s what I’m getting, it tells me to upgrade still but then says I already have the VIP membership.

Favourites don’t save.

Some templates are really nice however.

I feel scammed

Can’t believe their poor customer service! I lost my “lifetime” subscription to this app and can’t restore!!!
