Strata gives me a clear overview of my learning journey and actionable steps to take between workshops signposting me to helpful resources. The goal setting feature is particularly helpful. I can set individual goals for myself as a leader and habits to help me achieve these. The notifications ensure that I stay on track and I can record my successes and insights as I go. Strata really adds to the virtual learning experience and I like that I can pick up on my development when I'm on the move rather than being tied to my desk.
