Generally ok when used off peak. Problems arise when booking at busy times. If there is no availability of drivers for the time you are booking for it places the booking anyway but it isn’t actually going to turn up (missed train as a result). Needs real time booking availability info as a necessity.

If you want to pre book a taxi in advance this does the job. But the estimated prices are out (always costs more) and if you want to check on a booking half the text isn’t displayed on screen. You can see when your taxi is dispatched and who your driver is/what car they are driving IF they have bothered to update their details with the app. But if your taxi is not dispatched on time you don't see any updates or estimated arrival times. If you want a taxi for as soon as possible - do not use this app! I booked a taxi as it said there was one 4 minutes away, and another 10 minutes away, and was waiting 20 minutes before I called to see when it would be dispatched. I was told without any apology that the timings mean nothing and the app is always wrong - it was going to be at least another 30 minutes. After 45 minutes I cancelled and made other arrangements. If they have no confidence in the app why should customers?

Worst taxi service I've ever used, if i can call it used. I booked it 2 hours in advance and still it never came. When i rang they assured me it would be 15 more minutes. An hour later, no taxi shown up. And when i rang for a refund they told me it would be 5 working days to be refunded. That was 2 weeks ago and still no sign of it. Incidence
