WHAT’S INCLUDED:


DAILY WORKOUTS - Options vary based on the equipment found in each workout: Program A (bodyweight/dumbbell), Program B (barbell), Program C (access to more - such as sandbag, bike, rower) and SHIFT - the simplified version and a great place to start for those new to this style of training, those returning from illness/injury, for pregnant/postpartum mamas, seniors, and even kids.

40 + EXTRA PROGRAMS - Available if you want to focus on developing a specific skill, type of training, or simply for additional variety on a weekly basis. Options include Strength programs, Sandbag workouts, Olympic lifting sessions, Bodybuilding sessions, Military Test Prep training, Endurance, Rowing, 5k and Half Marathon training, No Equipment workouts, and skill development such as Pull Up programs, Push Up programs and so much more.

COACHING GUIDANCE - Each daily workout and program has their own demo video, coaches’ notes and customizations to help you make the program work for your time, equipment or ability.

TOOLS TO TRACK YOUR PROGRESS - Use your personal logbook to track your progress and start collecting badges in your Trophy Case because who says building consistency can’t also be FUN?

MOVEMENT RESOURCES - Over 200 videos in the Movement Library and Technique Library with in-depth instruction on how to move as effectively and efficiently as possible, and stay injury-free. Use these resources if you are new to this style of movement or anytime you need a refresher. You can search, sort by equipment type and visually learn the cues to keep moving well.

NUTRITION RESOURCES - Access to tools for creating and sustaining simple yet effective habits around your nutrition. This includes ongoing access and support from the Nutrition Coaches and team, a robust nutrition blog with education, tips, and video resources; a collection of weekly recipes; and the opportunity to participate in several challenges and focus groups throughout the year with the support of the SP Community.

MAINTENANCE & RECOVERY - Easy to follow yoga flow videos that target specific needs and areas of the body, ranging from 5-25 minutes in length that you can do anytime you want to mobilize, stretch or refresh mentally and physically.

SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY - Access to the Street Parking Coaches and staff and a member community like none other. Whether it’s about the motivation of seeing someone just like yourself building habits and overcoming obstacles or finding connection that feels like family, the Street Parking community will help fuel your consistency.

Excellent!!

Can’t thank Miranda, Julian and the team at SP enough for helping me get my fitness back on track. Join SP and you get so much more than just daily programming. Love the new app too as it makes it that little bit easier to access the information. Street Parking offers so much value for money! 💪🏽

Been waiting for this…

Being relatively new to the whole Streetparking community and its workouts I will find this a welcome addition. It basically gives you immediate access to the Daily Workouts and Extra Programs and associated logs and trophy case..which for me is great meaning no more entering and re-entering my details to access the daily workouts. Unfortunately the Maintenance/Warm Ups/Nutrition…etc are NOT immediately accessible. For this you are redirected to the members web page which then means entering your details again. For this I’ve taken a single star ⭐️ off my review ..not sure if there’s a reason behind this or this is something they will review and introduce. Otherwise I’m delighted to see a Streetparking app to help un-complicate my fitness journey. Well done 👍
