Big bald mark ,

Great for strength and strongman

I train both powerlifting and strongman, it's a good app for keeping track of your workouts! You can enter PR's and loads of details! Recommend it for any one who trains .

Brilliant Weight Training App

This is an excellent app for both experienced and novice lifters for designing and logging workouts. StrengthMark has a comprehensive database of exercises to manage any programmes. It is very flexible and allows for inputting reps, weight (kilos or pounds) and the One Rep Max. It lets you keep track of rest times and effort, as well as the add notes for each set. It has a full calendar function.

I have used a number of other weight lifting programme trackers and builders, but StrengthMark is head and shoulders above the rest. Its worth at the very least a couple of quid. It’s quite amazing that its free. The developer has also taken the time to answer my questions quickly and comprehensively. Full marks.

Easy & Detailed

A very simple app to use to input & track your workouts.

Some very useful tools and definitely the best of its kind I have found to date plus is free!!!

Has really made scheduling my periodisation for powerlifting a doddle!
