Amazing 🤑

I got this app as a 13 year old to become flexible and not have lower back pain and to become fit and omg this has helped so much and it is great better than the other apps such as bend were you can only do one thing without subscribing but this one ITs GREAT and it has a voice so I know what to do I love it 5 stars you should definitely get this app

Customisable stretch routines make it the best app I’ve seen so far

The fact that you can tailor a routine from a big library of stretches makes it super useful.

The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating is that you can’t access your custom ones from the home screen, and as far as I can tell, there isn’t an Apple Watch companion app.

Even if all it did was flash the name of the exercise and let you know when the time was up, it would still be better than the other stretching app for the Watch.

Brilliant and simple to use

I love this app. As someone who is a bit lazy about stretching after exercise, the fact I know I will be finished in 6 minutes is a great incentive. I like the variety of programmes on offer, and the diagrams are easy to follow. I’m feeling the benefits after only 3 days of use.
One glitch I found was the pre run warm up sometimes only gives the chance to stretch one side of your body. Apart from that, it’s great!
