StudyGe: World Map Quiz 4+

Amazing app aside from one thing

This app is designed to make learning new countries, flags, and capitals a lot of fun. Everything is fantastic aside from one thing. When doing quizzes, you should be able to choose the number of questions. 10 questions isn't enough, and only rarely do I get promoted to do 50 questions at once. Please let us choose the number of questions we want to complete.

Hi! You can play quizzes with many countries in another game mode. In order to open it click on “select mode” button in the main menu, then “single player mode “, then “names or whatever you want” , then “user mode” in version 2.0.3 or “quizzes” in version 2.0.2 and older. Then click on “full game” and after that you’ll be able to play quizzes with all countries in the world or all countries in a specific region

Great App, great developer

I have to say that I love this app, it makes learning capitals, flags a country locations entertaining. There was a previous update to the UI that significantly changed how the basic facts of the countries were displayed, it really impacted how I used the app and stopped me using it. So I previously reviewed based on that experience.

This is an amended review based on most recent update where yet developer kindly acknowledged my feedback and took action on it. First of all, thank you, it’s really appreciated that you took the time make changes that addressed the issue I raised directly. The app user experience is much improved, in my opinion, it goes along way to bring back the map interaction in a way that works for me.

The reason for four stars is simply because I preferred the original UI where you could hide and show the capitals. That was my preference as you could peruse the map, think what’s that country, tap it, see the country name (without the capital), have a guess, then tap again to reveal. Now it’s a tap and you see the country name and capital, so better than before but still not perfect (for me).

But hey, a massive thank you to the developer for listening to feedback! Please try this app, it’s awesome!

Hello! Thank you for your feedback! In the next update, I will add the capital to the panel with the flag and name so that you do not have to open a menu with detailed information when you need to see the capital. Hope you will change your review :)

Amazing App! Just one thing that could be improved though…

This is such a great app, it’s easy to use and incredible features. It has really helped me to learn more about countries around the world.

There is just one improvement that would make the app perfect - having the different games in “reverse”. As in, instead of looking and tapping on a country to identify it with the name, highlight a country and ask us to type the country name in, or have a multiple choice option. Same thing with capitals, highlight the country then ask us to input the capital, either by typing or multiple choice. This would make the app absolutely fantastic and I would love it even more!
