Minor improvements would help

The 3D try on part is really good except that it doesn’t state the number of the shade you are using adding this would help immensely

*after having the app for a few days it now keeps asking me to download content for my country and is giving me no shades at all.

Doesn’t load

When I use a picture the app takes so long to upload a picture and it still doesn’t work
