Awful experience

This App is dreadful. I’m paying for the subscription but the user experience of using is bad
Each time I go to the app I have to restore purchases and then, download them - I would expect to automatically see my library of purchases when I go into the app. Doing this EVERT TIME is stupid.
After several years they have still not fixed this!!!
Now, I can’t even download then once ‘restored’ as I keep getting an error. This is unacceptable

Shuts down while reading

Fairly certain I have the most recent update, however for the past 2-3 weeks it’s started to close midway through an article. Upon opening its as if the app shut down. This happens every time I’ve been reading for about 15 minutes and puts me off using the app even though I have paid for a subscription.
Other wise the app takes a bit of time to get used to the navigation, it would be great to be able to bookmark a page you can return to on reopening.

Problems purchasing

I seem to be having a problem purchasing. The magazine downloads but when I go back to read it later in the app it has no record of my purchase and is asking me to buy again. This has happened twice. The money has been taken each time and there is a record of the transaction in the App Store. When it does work, it’s great to be able to access digitally.
