For all that are having problems registering,
You have to register your new or existing Subcard on the official website first and then use the login details after activating the account via email.
You don't have to use your real details on registration but a valid email is needed.
The first 16 digits on your card is the actual card number and the last 4 is your activation number for registering.
I use the card whenever I go Subway and I'm only using the app to see how much points I have and what I can redeem, I'll use my card points when I have enough for a foot long :D The app is doing what I expect it to do... people with the 1 star and rage comments need to follow my steps!
No problems. Works. Too many questions.
Its a subcard app so not expecting to world, it loaded and worked, asked me my postcode which was weird and for my mobile / email but this isa marketing app after all it wants to know who what where and how. I registered and the email went into my junk so that explains all of the complaints about not getting the email. Other than that i don’t see everyone’s problems. Did it at home on wifi so maybe it has 3G / 4G issues?
This is the second time I installed the app because the first time I was notified that I would receive a confirmation email about registering the card completely but I did not receive any form of email. So I installed it again today giving it the benefit of the doubt that it might work a second time (hoping the developers fixed the problem) however, I was again disappointed. It once again said “we have sent you an email to confirm your registered card” and guess what? I did not receive an email (keep in mind I waited all day). Absolute disgrace of an app from such a respected company. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!! I do not recommend this app AT ALL.
