It’s Pretty Good But
It would be great to have all the nutritional value for all the subway products including kids meals, I all so think your Find A Store could do with some improvements e.g add a GPS navigation map dictating telling you how to get to the shop you want and lastly be able to load money to my app would be a most welcome addition, Starbucks and Greggs even TescoPay+ have it and it make good sense to pay with your app especially since adding subways app to my apple wallet is a waist of time as the points never marry up to what’s actually on my app, you can’t switch between to your app and your wallet because when you use your app it doesn’t register in your apple wallet.
App decided not to work when needed
I’ve been collecting points for a while and had enough for free food. Went to subway and the app decided not to work. I had to pay for my food. It left me feeling zero confidence in this app. What a waste of my time collecting those points. The meal was supposed to be a treat for the family as we were low on cash. Instead, I couldn’t disappoint the kids as we were there already, so was forced to pay. We would not have gone if we didn’t have the available points.
I’m very unimpressed. This app should be designed so that it stores some info locally on your device, like points balance, so that you can still access it when needed. Hours later, I’ve tried to open the app and it’s still giving trouble. I can’t access my points, my account or anything else. I’ve even reset my password, but it still won’t load anything.
Very disappointed with the poor quality of this app and the subsequent money it cost me when I most needed to rely on it.

For all that are having problems registering,
You have to register your new or existing Subcard on the official website first and then use the login details after activating the account via email.
You don't have to use your real details on registration but a valid email is needed.
The first 16 digits on your card is the actual card number and the last 4 is your activation number for registering.
I use the card whenever I go Subway and I'm only using the app to see how much points I have and what I can redeem, I'll use my card points when I have enough for a foot long :D The app is doing what I expect it to do... people with the 1 star and rage comments need to follow my steps!
