An surprisingly engaging puzzle

I expected a strong basic game as I have heard the original board game is excellent. What really surprised me, and has me hooked, is the single player puzzles. They really push your understanding of the mechanics of each tile, and the strategies involved. Really excellent.

Good game ruined by bugs

I think this is a good game, however it is ruined by the current bugs.

1) out of three online games, two are stuck and not finishable - can't even forfeit them from Game Center - have since managed to dismiss them
2) played pieces keep disappearing
3) in one of the stuck games if you enter the game you have to uninstall suburbia and reinstall in order to get back to the menus to play another game.
4) support is non-existent - tried contacting them through their website and not heard anything.
5) you can't browse a game, or plan what to do while it's the other persons turn as it won't let you into the game
6) you can't tell which game is which from the game selection screen as they all appear the same (and you can't enter the game to see if it's the correct one because of #5)
7) in one game the buttons to allow you to take your turn or forfeit remain on the screen rather than disappearing

The iPad version is currently a steaming pile of plop - spend your money on something else until it gets get fixed.

Great board game, bad UI

I give the game 2 stars, but those are for Suburbia and not the app, really. The app is complete, but, as many others have commented, it is buggy.

There are several big issues for me:

1) If I say that I want no sound from the game, that does NOT exclude the intro music. Most other apps will disable all sound if they are asked to. Why not this one?
2) The UI is boring - all white and no depth.
3) Animations are boring when they are there.
4) The targets for the Solo Game should provide an indicator of when you have completed them WHILE the game is in progress, so that you can know if you are working in the right direction. For instance, there are targets to connect all of the tiles together - I have done this, I think, but I only find out at the end that I have not completed it.

Can you please fix this? It is not a cheap app, after all!
