Constantly crashes
I’ve been playing this for years so have seen quite a lot of changes made to the app including the increased amount of ads. Understandably the game is free so obviously there are ads. I just wish they could be implemented in a way that doesn’t severely impact gameplay. Also more recently it has been crashing constantly, which as a result loses my lives to play. It happens multiple times in a row so sometimes I’m left with 1 or 2 lives left when I originally had all 5 before it kept crashing every time I try to play. Also whenever I click to do any of the side games within they never fully load but the game will still take the entry gems.
Developers have you lost interest?
Like many have already said I’ve played this game for years. For me it was the best match 3 game out there, HOWEVER it’s changed so much and not for the better. Firstly we suddenly have to deal with a constant barrage of adverts (because there wasn’t any before) then the game started playing almost in slow motion. I contacted you and explained it was impossible to play, I didn’t receive any acknowledgment of my email but it stopped. Then it started to crash, each time it did I would lose a life, so if this happens 2/3 times you may only have two life’s left. Today I went on the game and guess what, it’s starting to go in slow motion again! As developers if you cannot be bothered to put these things right remove the game from the App Store because it’s not fare you get so invested in it then suddenly you can’t play! Or fix these problems that a few people have mentioned! But do something!
Downhill
I have played this game for many years. For many years it has given me pleasure and over a year ago I would have rated this 5 stars. However, the changes made to increase the frequency of the adverts have now become ridiculous and made the game almost unplayable.
I understand fully that if you play a game that is “free” the developers need to have some form of income and reward for their hard work. Therefore a regular occurrence of having to watch an advert is something that you “pay”.
Tonight I have given up in disgust. Tonight is not a new occurrence of this particular thing happening. Now - not only do you have to put up with about 45 seconds of pop up ads in your face before being able to start playing the game (as before) you also have an interruption on every single turn of 30 seconds of an advert you cannot dismiss. 30 seconds per turn. When the turn only lasts about 20 seconds having this on every turn is ridiculous. Not only that but it is the same bl***y advert each time - and this fishdom one in particular irritates me because it bears no resemblance to the game play for that game at all - something they almost admit to with the disclaimer that “images do not represent game play”.
I am very close to deleting this app.
