As well as providing detailed information about suicide, such as how to get help and what signs to look for in others, this app also provides details of services the user can contact particularly in Angus, Dundee and Perth and Kinross. Also included is the Safety Plan. This feature allows you to create your own safety plan to help you through difficult times.

Easy to navigate with a number of helpful links and phone numbers. Also informative tool for employers who have staff suffering from depression or mental illnesses and could help reduce the stigma and barriers around such topics. Worth sharing and promoting!
