They are very quick in getting back to there customers. I’ve never seen such a high level support from any company. I asked for a callback from customer service and because it was Friday I was told the call would be Monday morning. Sure enough, 9am Monday morning they called. They don’t keep their customers waiting and I really like that. They’re also honest and don’t mind doing what’s best for their customers. This is a real review from a new customer.

Being a victim of fraud

Don’t bother using this bank if you want to be charged for everything you pay out for and transferring money. If you’re a victim of fraud or been scammed you won’t get no help from this bank or your money back. I’ve been scammed and reported it to suits me and took them months and me sending numerous emails to them asking what is happening and when will I get my money paid back to me. It’s taken 5 months for them telling me there’s been no updates and telling me they can’t help me or get my money back. I’m left without a huge amount of money that was scammed from me and suits me has just brushed my situation under the carpet. I reported it to the police and gave evidence to suits me and just completely ignored my situation.
They send customers emails about reporting fraud, that’s a complete joke and they won’t help you or do anything about this but good enough to charge you for this account and you have your money taken away for their greed and shut down your complaint when you put in a complaint and when you asked them for help they won’t give it!! So anyone wanting to bank with these people make sure you have extra money for this bank to take off you and not to help you when you want help!!!

A Frustrating Experience with SuitsMe Banking

have had an extremely disappointing experience with SuitsMe banking service. Their customer service is shockingly terrible - it feels like they simply don't care about resolving any issues you might have.

The pending payments system is an absolute nightmare to manage. It's as if they've designed it to make your life as difficult as possible. Not to mention, the app doesn't even have the courtesy to notify you when you're about to go into overdraft, leaving you in a constant state of financial uncertainty.

To make matters worse, their Mastercard significantly affects the overall service quality. It's as if they've overlooked the importance of this aspect in providing a seamless banking experience.

The app's interface is clunky, outdated, and frankly, a chore to use. It's baffling that in this day and age, a banking service could have such a user-unfriendly interface.

All in all, my time with SuitsMe has been nothing short of frustrating. I'm truly disappointed in the level of service provided, both in terms of the app itself and the staffing behind it. I would strongly advise anyone considering SuitsMe to look elsewhere for their banking needs.

Suits Me doesn't offer overdrafts therefore there are no notifications in regards to such service.
