They are very quick in getting back to there customers. I’ve never seen such a high level support from any company. I asked for a callback from customer service and because it was Friday I was told the call would be Monday morning. Sure enough, 9am Monday morning they called. They don’t keep their customers waiting and I really like that. They’re also honest and don’t mind doing what’s best for their customers. This is a real review from a new customer.

Being a victim of fraud

Don’t bother using this bank if you want to be charged for everything you pay out for and transferring money. If you’re a victim of fraud or been scammed you won’t get no help from this bank or your money back. I’ve been scammed and reported it to suits me and took them months and me sending numerous emails to them asking what is happening and when will I get my money paid back to me. It’s taken 5 months for them telling me there’s been no updates and telling me they can’t help me or get my money back. I’m left without a huge amount of money that was scammed from me and suits me has just brushed my situation under the carpet. I reported it to the police and gave evidence to suits me and just completely ignored my situation.
They send customers emails about reporting fraud, that’s a complete joke and they won’t help you or do anything about this but good enough to charge you for this account and you have your money taken away for their greed and shut down your complaint when you put in a complaint and when you asked them for help they won’t give it!! So anyone wanting to bank with these people make sure you have extra money for this bank to take off you and not to help you when you want help!!!

Thieves

You have my money and by looks of it you have stolen it, it has been over TWO MONTHS. I see the game that your company is playing by dragging me along, hoping that I will give up on this evident scam.
I’ve had many bank accounts and not once have I ever experienced this, nor have I heard anyone else experience this with a legitimate bank. I am a 23 year old who is physically disabled and have many mental health conditions, because of YOUR COMPANY, I was left with no money meaning no means to get petrol or food or go to work. I missed days of work and YOU have caused my health to deteriorate by the stress you have caused. I work 60 hours a week in a pharmacy this is not something I should be having to still chase up after months of lies and promises and messing me about. You charge so much money monthly on transfers, direct debits etc so you are happy to take money until it comes to giving it back? I will reiterate AGAIN that you closed my account for no reason as well, it was sudden and out of nowhere. How does that warrant all of this when I have not violated terms and conditions. There is absolutely no reason to withhold my money for this long which you are legally obligated to give me.
