Absolutely awful trying to get trough to a agent, very slow reply’s, no point in ringing to just get put on hold then get told to leave a message and someone will get back to me but never do

Suits me team go that extra mile to be helpful and make you smile :) Great use of a card! I know it cost per month but come on if you use it wisely at the cash back shops it works out fee and you get money back RESULT!!!!!! Thank you Suits Me..........

Poor Service

Worst bank ever. You pay a monthly management fee and they don’t help with anything, I have had to get refunds myself, chase companies myself, wait 52 days for a dispute to get settled only to get refunded instantly when approaching the company which initially took the funds. Don’t waste your time or money with these bunch of jokers they can’t be trusted to manage your money.
