DATA TABLES
A comprehensive overview of sun positions, day and night lengths, sunrise and sunset times, golden hour and dusk (astronomical, nautical and civil).

INTERACTIVE 3D SHADOW SIMULATOR
Position a customizable 3D object (a box or a tree) on the map to have the app simulate its shadow at any time of year.
Furthermore the user can add a target spot near the object. The app will calculate how long is the spot under the shade of the object and how long in direct light.
DAY & NIGHT MAP
Map visualization of the current position of the terminator.
CALENDAR NOTIFICATIONS
Calendar notification with selectable solar events (sunrise, sunset, solar eclipse) and a choice to receive one-time or daily notifications.

Great app
Great app for all sorts of reasons. To know what time the sun and UV level gets down to a safe level in the evening in the tropics. To know when to take shelter as the sun gets high in the sky. To predict where the sun will be in the afternoon and where to sit in the park so the trees will provide shade. I use it all the time.
Essential App For sun lovers, gardeners
This is an essential app for all of those who love the sun, it predicts sun angle at any given time for any given month. You can also use it with the video camera to show the sun rise and set in your garden as a layer on top. If you get one app, get this.
City of Gold
Great app for tracking the sun. I use it most when im camping to see where point my awning. The AR sun function is brilliant for estimating sun set locations especially in mountainous regions. Many thanks for creating this app it is very useful. 👍🏻👍🏻
