Unique and unlike anything else
I initially downloaded this as the journal app I was using before this had started charging but I did not expect for this app to be totally free and a live support feature which I have never ever seen in any other app before where anyone who has the app can join a live chat or video to support you or talk to you if your suffering with something or even just looking to make friends. This app is awesome and the founder of the app Patrick is very supportive and kind! Definitely download if you are struggling with anything
Helpful and a great idea
This app is good if your feeling down and want to start logging your feelings day to day, you also get to read other peoples live status’s and they can read yours which helps to relate to others and reach out for help if needed, you can also support others and they can support you back. The privacy is good and its probably the only app I've found and actually used daily. It doesn’t have any pop ups or adverts which come up while using it which is great too. 100% recommend

This app is a wonderful tool to track your moods, meditate, communicate with and support others as well as receiving support yourself. Giving support to others can give you a feeling of accomplishment and help you to focus on others rather than yourself which may increase your mood and make you feel a bit better when you’re feeling down. I highly recommend.
