I have started using this and really enjoying the benefits of easy payment and generous discounts.

Real ease of use and kind helpful reminders when discounts are about to expire so I don’t miss out and then wow more discounts - the payment system that keeps giving

I used this app for a while and it was fine, but at some point I bought some products , they never showed up and the seller wouldn’t respond or refund me. I complained to super and they did not help at all. They just told me to contact my bank. Super payments make you do all the payments by bank transfer , not card payment. Which means you have absolutely no recourse if you get scammed. I’ve contacted my bank, trading standards, and the citizens advice bureau, and nobody can get my money back. It’s not worth the risk of using this app for the small discounts you get (usually about 1%)
