I downloaded the app thinking this would be an easier way to shop, but unfortunately it wasn’t. The whole process was very slow, I feel like the app was just constantly loading. Then trying to search for a product was just impossible. Unless you typed the product or brand you needed/wanted exactly then there would be no results found so frustrating! Don’t even get me started on the fact that they don’t even tell you if something is unavailable until you actually get to the very end and go to checkout and then suddenly, oh! Half your basket is actually not in stock and then to proceed they will be removed. To be honest just a waste of time and should have shopped somewhere else. This app/website needs a lot of improvements. Ps. As I am writing this review the text is actually in white and I can’t see what I am writing so there’s another thing they need to improve too, it will be interesting to see what this review actually turns out like.

December 2021 - app is ok, average at best with a 2015 style interface. Biggest annoyance for me is that app comes up with an error message when trying to add to Apple wallet. Support team blame Apple and recommend updating iOS, fresh install of app and resetting Apple wallet. Did all this and after re-adding 16 cards to Apple wallet from a host of different apps I got told the issue is with Apple wallet. Errr no, 16 separate apps have added to Apple wallet fine but your app still brings up an error. That’s when the support team on the in app message and Twitter ends and they no longer reply / help. Another annoyance is Apple doesn’t have a easy to use straight forward way of logging apps that are advertising Apple specific features but are failing to provide these! Come on Apple give us a way to log these apps that promise a feature but don’t offer it especially as reporting to Apple might get the developer to do something about their app. Another sub standard app with a provider that does “good enough” then stops support. Minimal viable product as they say.

Unable to log on and referred to customer services. Needed to be resolved to buy an on offer product and using my card to obtain the points. Customer services answered quite quickly on whatsap! Given instructions that did not work. Contacted again and given more instructions that did not work again. Contacted again and instructed to register a new account but add my card - did not work. Contacted again and instructed to raise a new account and apply for a new card then contact them to have the original card points added - nearly there. I registered with a new email address, new card, have purchased the perfume still on offer now to contact customer services with my new card number and 🤞it works. Phew!

Will not let you check out with any pharmacy items in your basket but will also not let you remove the items, thought it was too good to be true when I saw you could use the app to shop as the website is horrendous. Four times I tried to place an order online with Superdrug before Christmas, each time they took the money but never placed the order, I contacted customer service which was also very difficult. I had to send a message on twitter just to speak to someone, the advisor told me I would have to wait five working days for my payment to be released as it was being held and had not actually been taken by them, no explanation as to why this had happened but I assumed it was due to high demands in December. I have just tried to place another order now as it near the end of January and I cannot believe it has happened again! It cannot just be me this has happened to? Anyway that will be the last time I try to place an order with them.
